## About the opportunity

At Ericsson, you will contribute to leading-edge 5G and future 6G radio products that help create connections that make the unimaginable possible.

You will join a collaborative R&D environment in Beijing or Chengdu and work with experts across Ericsson sites in China, Sweden, Canada and other locations. Your work may cover areas such as Massive MIMO, remote radio, embedded software, cloud-native applications, radio resource management, signal processing, network automation and AI-enabled innovation.

## What you will do

  • Develop, integrate and verify software solutions for Ericsson radio products.
  • Implement complex algorithms and system functions using C, C++, Java or Python.
  • Contribute to software architecture design, optimization, quality, scalability and performance.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design, implementation, simulation, integration, verification and troubleshooting.
  • Work on advanced algorithms for radio resource management, signal processing, predictive network operations and automation.
  • Contribute to AI/ML work, including AI algorithms and models, AI model test platforms, and AI application frameworks covering data preprocessing, model loading and test result analysis.
  • Collaborate with global teams, own technical deliveries, contribute to design reviews and improve engineering practices.

## The skills you bring

  • Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
  • Strong development capability in C, C++, Java or Python.
  • Experience in embedded software, application software, system architecture, object-oriented design or Linux/Unix environments.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with deep learning models such as CNN, DNN, RNN or reinforcement learning.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications algorithms, radio resource management, signal processing, cloud-native software, automated testing or full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix tools such as GCC, GDB and Makefile, and inter-process or inter-thread communication.
  • Experience in processor sub-systems, DDR, PCIe, driver or low-level software, Linux kernel, file systems, TCP/IP, Python, Shell or SQL is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, accountability, self-motivation, curiosity, courage to innovate and good English communication skills.
