Job Description/Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on Media Coordinator to build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Search. This is an execution and campaign operations role where you will work from established media plans, budgets, audiences, and campaign strategies. 

 

What You’ll Do:

• Build and launch campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Search.
• Set up audiences, budgets, bids, placements, creative assets, and tracking.
• Test creative, audiences, placements, and campaign settings.
• Assist with trafficking, campaign documentation, material delivery, and reporting for non-digital media campaigns as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• 1–2 years of hands-on digital media buying experience.
• Experience working directly in meta ads manager, tiktok ads manager, google ads (including search), and youtube.
• Experience with excel and google sheets.
• Understanding of campaign setup, optimization, budget pacing, and performance reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Comfortable working independently from established plans and direction.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.

 

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience setting up and monitoring platform brand lift studies.
• Knowledge of marketing mix modelling, media measurement, attribution, audience targeting, and marketing effectiveness methodologies.

The hourly salary range for this role is $22.00 - $33.00. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
