Job Description:

Job Duck is seeking a Bilingual Digital Marketing Assistant to support the development of engaging Spanish language marketing content for a personal injury law firm. In this role, you will help expand the organization’s reach within the Spanish speaking community by translating website pages, advertisements, legal terminology, and future marketing materials into accurate and culturally relevant Spanish. You will collaborate with the marketing department on website updates and other digital projects while ensuring that every translation preserves the intended message, tone, and meaning. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who understands Spanish vocabulary, communicates clearly, and feels comfortable working with website content management systems.

Monthly Compensation Range: $1,245 to $1,350 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organize translation files, content updates, and related project documentation

• Review translated materials for grammar, spelling, consistency, accuracy, and tone

• Maintain consistent terminology and brand messaging across Spanish language materials

• Conduct terminology research when translating legal, marketing, or industry specific content


• Collaborate with marketing team members to complete website updates and future marketing projects


• Ensure translations maintain the meaning and purpose of the original content


• Support the marketing department with the creation and adaptation of bilingual content


• Localize content for Spanish speaking audiences, with particular attention to Spanish vocabulary and cultural context


• Translate website pages, advertisements, and marketing materials between English and Spanish


• Enter, update, and manage website content through content management systems

• Assist with the development of Spanish language sections across organizational websites


• Translate legal terminology into clear, accurate, and audience appropriate Spanish


• Provide language and cultural recommendations to improve communication with Spanish speaking audiences

• Handle internal, legal, and marketing information with discretion and confidentiality


• Meet assigned deadlines while managing multiple content and translation requests

Requirements:

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required

• Strong command of Spanish vocabulary, expressions, and cultural nuances is preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, digital content, translation, or a related field is required

• A legal background or knowledge of legal terminology is strongly preferred

• Experience translating website copy, advertisements, marketing materials, or legal content is preferred

• Ability to translate complex information accurately while maintaining the original tone and meaning

• Comfortable using content management systems to update and manage website content

• Strong written communication and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a marketing department

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time

• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and comply with confidentiality requirements

• A marketing portfolio or relevant work samples may be requested during the selection process
