This job is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers world-class digital software solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing, budget, and scope constraints

  • Owns operational routines, governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading go-to-market and a healthy performance for the bank's digital solutions

  • Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level

  • Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles

  • Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes

  • Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features

  • Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle

  • Raise wealth associate awareness of our industry leading digital capabilities

  • Drive wealth client digital adoption and engagement

  • Launch field readiness plans for new and existing digital features

  • Serve as the voice of the Wealth client and advisor in cross-functional business partner discussions, influencing decisions that shape the digital client and advisor experience

  • Advocate for client-centric solutions by translating field feedback, advisor insights, and client needs into actionable recommendations for product, technology, and business teams

  • Develop trusted relationships across advisor teams to gather feedback, surface digital best practices, and represent the voice of the advisor and Wealth client in digital experience and business decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong writing and communication skills

    Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

    Pay and benefits information

    Pay range

    $116,100.00 - $161,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

    Discretionary incentive eligible

    This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
