Associate Engineer - QA

- Champion product quality by executing comprehensive testing strategies that help ensure reliable, high-performing software releases.
- Partner closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and meaningful quality outcomes.
- Investigate, document, and validate software issues, helping drive timely resolution and continuous product improvement.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test cases, test data, and testing documentation that support efficient and scalable quality assurance practices.
- Participate in functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing efforts that enhance product stability and customer satisfaction.
- Help strengthen our quality processes by identifying opportunities for improvement, sharing insights, and supporting a culture of operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

● Abilities: Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC); understanding of manual testing methodologies, defect management processes, Agile/Scrum practices, SQL and database testing fundamentals; familiarity with testing and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps; exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. ISTQB certification is a plus.
● Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
● Location: Bangalore, India
