The Opportunity

The Director – Product Management (Operations) will own and scale Innovapptive’s Operations product suite, driving innovation, frontline productivity, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers in asset-intensive and manufacturing industries. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across discovery, delivery, GTM, and stakeholder management. 

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for an operations / production-focused product suite, ensuring scalability, usability, and measurable impact on frontline productivity and business KPIs.
• Drive the full product lifecycle: customer discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, execution with engineering, and post-launch adoption and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to identify operational challenges, validate solutions, and translate complex manufacturing and production workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Define and track product success metrics, leveraging data and analytics to drive decisions on feature enhancements, prioritization, and long-term product investments.
• Drive product initiatives focused on production efficiency, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), operational excellence, continuous improvement, and frontline productivity.
• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, demos, proposals, and enablement for enterprise customers across manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Mentor and lead Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare and present business cases, product proposals, roadmap updates, and product performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement of product processes and rituals.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Director, Senior Product Manager, Head of Product, or equivalent leadership role, owning a product or portfolio.
• Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, preferably Enterprise SaaS, with experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Prior experience working closely with operations, manufacturing, production, plant, or frontline teams, with a strong understanding of operational workflows and business challenges.
• Strong domain exposure to OEE, Production, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Operations, or similar industrial workflows.
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Connected Worker, Industrial IoT/IIoT, Smart Manufacturing, or digital manufacturing platforms is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycle and shipping impactful products/features in close partnership with engineering, design, sales, and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading high-performing product teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics, operational KPIs, experimentation, and data to drive prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills, including customer-facing product demonstrations and executive presentations.
• MBA or equivalent business education from a reputed institute is a plus.
• Exposure to GTM, proposals, SOWs, pricing, commercial aspects of product deals, and enterprise customer engagements is an added advantage.
