We are seeking an experienced, energetic Medical Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Hazlet, NJ.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily office and front desk operations
- Lead, support and help manage office staff
- Ensure excellent patient service from check-in through check-out
- Manage a high volume of calls, scheduling and patient communication
- Monitor schedules and keep patient flow running efficiently
- Assist with patient paperwork, payments and administrative needs
- Resolve patient and operational issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain an organized, welcoming and efficient office environment
- Help improve office performance, productivity and patient experience
- 2+ years of medical office, front desk or healthcare management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Strong computer and scheduling software skills
- Dependable, proactive and solutions-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- $70,000–$150,000 total earning potential
