Qualifications
- Brand new CDL-A holders welcome, or drivers with 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
- Must have completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school
- 21 years of age or older
- Driver's license valid in current state of residence
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass a hair and urine drug screen
Pay Breakdown
- $800/week trainee pay during your training period
- $1,000/week guaranteed for the first 3 months after going solo
- $1,300 to $1,800 average weekly pay as your experience grows
- Mileage rate starts at $0.50 cpm on a 6 month pay band
- $15 per stop, unload pay matches OTR rate when it applies
On the Road
- 1,800 to 2,400 miles weekly
- Freight runs east of Denver, skipping New England, spanning 27 states
- Home every 2 to 3 weeks
- Day and night dispatch, weekends expected, holidays available on request
