Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Organize materials for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with periodic inventory audits.
- Safely load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
- Distribute materials as needed.
- Ensure materials are stored and organized in a neat and efficient manner.
- Keep equipment and tools clean and in working order.
- Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Safely dispose of waste materials and hazardous substances.
- Assist in implementing safety measures and procedures within the warehouse.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certified required
- Must be able to carry/lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to walk/stand for 8 hours.
- Experience working in the elements (extreme heat and cold)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in construction.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Safety-conscious and adherence to safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required).
