Warehouse Helper

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
• Organize materials for easy access and retrieval.
• Assist with periodic inventory audits.
• Safely load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
• Distribute materials as needed.
• Ensure materials are stored and organized in a neat and efficient manner.
• Keep equipment and tools clean and in working order.
• Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Safely dispose of waste materials and hazardous substances.
• Assist in implementing safety measures and procedures within the warehouse.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certified required
• Must be able to carry/lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to walk/stand for 8 hours.
• Experience working in the elements (extreme heat and cold)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in construction.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Safety-conscious and adherence to safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required).
