In a nutshell
As a Maintenance Supervisor at one of our automated fulfilment centers in Ridderkerk, you will ensure that our technical installations operate safely, reliably, and at peak performance. Together with your team of Shift Technicians, you will contribute to a smooth-running 24/7 operation and a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
You are the key link between your Maintenance team and Operations. During your shift, you set priorities, coach technicians in their development, and act as the first point of contact for critical breakdowns.

Your impact
- Lead & coach your team: Provide daily leadership to all Shift Technicians working in a 24/7 environment.
- Ensure safety & structure: Keep the workshop and working environment safe, clean, and well organized.
- Manage maintenance operations: Monitor the planning, progress, and quality of the maintenance plan.
- Team management & performance: Manage workforce planning and support the development of all Technicians.
- Manage critical breakdowns: Ensure Technicians set the right priorities and maintain effective collaboration with Operations.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and promote Lean, 5S, and data-driven maintenance.
- Collaborate: Coordinate daily with Operations, Engineers, and external maintenance partners.
About you
- You have an MBO-4 or HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
- You have 10+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance environment, preferably within an automated, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
- You have a practical, hands-on mindset and understand both the technical and operational aspects of maintenance.
- You have experience with CMMS or EAM systems; knowledge of ICS/SCADA tools is a plus.
