What are we expecting from you?   

The role is based in Paris, attached to the European Marketing & Communication department.

You will provide strong operational support to the High Jewelry Marketing team, which oversees all the European markets and orchestrates 360° High Jewelry marketing activities (from product launch and stock transfer to training coordination, analysis, and event support) to ensure that local strategies are in line with the regional objectives.
Working closely with local, regional, and headquarters teams, you will support markets by optimizing flows and allocations to maximize business opportunities both in boutiques and during our regional and local events.

In an environment where every decision impacts both business performance and brand image in our boutiques, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of High Jewelry across Europe.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:   
 

Stock Management

  • Event support: support stock allocation for High Jewelry events, ensuring alignment with business needs and event objectives ; coordinate sales support and logistics, contribute to post-events analysis in collaboration with product managers ; support the execution of regional and local events.
  • Daily sales support: coordinate stock transfers between markets to support client presentations, respond to markets enquiries and liaise with HQ to optimize stock opportunities.
  • Share critical allocation decisions and adjustments with HQ/ Regional retail teams, to ensure optimal stock distribution.
  • Develop allocation plans for markets to optimize stock deployment and maximize both daily and event sales opportunities.
  • Classic High Jewelry: support to the supply team, proposals for stock rebalancing.
     

Sales Support

  • Monthly sales analysis: assist with analysis and provide insights/recommendation to the markets.
  • Ad hoc studies: conduct sales analysis on specific stock-related topics and share insights/recommendations to markets.
  • Database management: “sales announcements” and SNR file management.
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of sales certificates.

Transversal topics

  • Support on Regional HJ Board to develop the High Jewelry community (workshops, business review).
  • Ensure smooth implementation of new stock-related initiatives (stock enquiry systems, database management).
  • Bring analytical insights to regional initiatives (Inspire, etc.)
