Inside the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department in Rome, we are looking for a Legal Affairs specialist

Mission
Ensure that every appropriate legal assistance is provided in connection with any business transactions, both within and outside the ordinary course of business, including intercompany, finance transactions and protection/exploitation of intellectual property rights

Activities

  • Provide legal advice and assistance in the definition, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, including public tenders and related agreements, purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements and intercompany agreements
  • Provide legal assistance to business units in relation to procurement activities, tenders, and contractual documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on day-to-day legal matters

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law
  • Preferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy
  • 1-3 years’ PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience in aerospace and defense sectors would be ideal
  • Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish) would be an asset
  • The candidate shall demonstrate strong analytical skills, sense of urgency and the ability to plan and manage multiple activities in parallel. Excellent interpersonal and  teamwork skills, flexibility, a problem-solving mindset and a strong professional motivation

How Does the Recruitment Process Work?

Following the collection of applications, we review and identify the candidates whose profiles best match the required qualifications and skills. Selected candidates will participate in an initial interview with the Human Resources team, focused on getting to know the candidate, as well as assessing motivation and personal competencies. This is followed by a more in-depth technical interview conducted together with the relevant Business team. At the end of the selection process, candidates receive feedback regardless of the outcome, whether positive or negative.
