Compensation: $61,818 / year
Description
this candidate will supervise locations in St. Charles, Weldon Spring, Warrenton and Troy. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, hours may vary.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Office Supervisors and Client Registration Specialists (CRS) within assigned dental service areas
- Ensure consistent implementation of office procedures, training, and support staff development
- Review and analyze office data reports, documentation, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality
- Partner with the Senior Director of Regional Support Services on office operations, staffing, and client service issues
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Dental Operations to manage day-to-day dental operations, scheduling, and service delivery
- Oversee and ensure fiscal accountability, including patient collections, deposits, and reconciliation processes
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance policies
- Support quality assurance efforts, documentation standards, and timely reporting of any patient-related concerns
- Communicate changes in policies, procedures, and systems clearly to assigned staff
- Promote a professional, supportive, and service-oriented office culture aligned with our customer service philosophy
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in a professional office setting preferred
• At least 3 years of customer service experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Excel at leading and developing teams across multiple sites with empathy and accountability
- Bring strong organizational and problem-solving skills to fast-paced healthcare environments
- Enjoy optimizing processes and improving patient experience
- Communicate clearly and effectively across clinical, administrative, and leadership teams
- Take pride in ensuring dental operations run efficiently and patients receive compassionate, quality care
