For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- +6 years of experience as a DevOps/Platform Engineer
- Expert-level skills in Java application server administration (RedHat JBoss EAP), including heap/thread dump analysis and performance optimization on RHEL Linux.
- Hands-on expertise with OpenShift and Kubernetes, plus API gateway integration using Axway and/or Apigee.
- Advanced CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization across GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Nexus Sonatype, with infrastructure automation via Ansible and/or Terraform.
- Proficiency in full-stack observability using Dynatrace, Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK, alongside relational database management in MSSQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Fluency in English (B2); Fluency in Portuguese (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2X a week based in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
