Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include supporting digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.
This position is part of our Business Digital Strategy team and is responsible for ensuring exceptional account opening experience for our clients across all sales channels, from research to onboarding. You will work closely with key stakeholders across Business Banking, Commercial and Corporate Banking, Global Payment Solutions, Product, Technology, and Digital Delivery to further digitize and automate the account opening and onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget to provide an enhanced digital experience to clients
Contributes towards operational routines, the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, resolution of defects, routing of complaints, and performance metrics results
Conducts project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program vision and roadmap
Performs analysis to capture and report key performance indicators and return on investment of products
Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
Partner closely with lines of business to understand client and associate needs, leveraging user behavior, feedback, and data insights to continuously improve the digital experience.
Drive alignment and convergence across the Unified Sales for Business (USB) and Client Onboarding & Activation Transformation (COAT) programs, helping create a more seamless, integrated experience for associates and clients while supporting the enterprise digital strategy.
Lead collaboration across key enterprise partners, including Sales, Operations, Salesforce, Product, Technology, and Digital teams, to align priorities, influence roadmaps, and deliver strategic outcomes that advance digital adoption and sales effectiveness.
Orchestrate the evolution and alignment of onboarding, sales, and servicing processes to enable Business Banking associates to provision and activate digital client access across BA360, CashPro, and future digital platforms based on client needs.
Act as a strategic connector across lines of business and support organizations, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, and creating consistent digital journeys for clients and associates.
Partner with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and execute initiatives that support business objectives and digital transformation goals.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor by leveraging data, user insights, and industry trends to:
Analyze sales funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and digital adoption.
Evaluate associate and client behavior to drive continuous experience improvements.
Measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive capabilities to identify innovation opportunities.
Develop insights that inform strategic decisions and strengthen alignment across USB, COAT, and broader digital transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
3-5 years of combined experience in product management, project management, and/or product development
Ability to work across large organizations while demonstrating strong teamwork and consensus building
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to senior executives
Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast paced and continually changing environment
Listens, learns, and appropriately engages key stakeholders when making decisions.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills to enable fact-based decision making while also applying a creative mindset to problem solving.

Desired Qualifications:
Banking or financial industry experience with a focus on digital strategy or technology
Project and program management experience preferred
