About This Job
Axos Bank has invested in a sophisticated, data-driven digital acquisition engine that sets us apart from other financial institutions, one that unifies audience intelligence across paid media channels to generate high-quality consumer Digital DTC leads and drive loan originations across our full lending suite, with home loans at the core. This role sits at the center of that engine. The Digital Channel Optimization Manager is responsible for maximizing the volume and quality of borrower leads that fuel Axos's direct-to-consumer loan origination pipeline, spanning home loans, personal loans, auto loans, and every other loan product we service and offer. You'll manage affiliate partnerships, oversee paid media buying execution, and serve as the operational owner of our audience intelligence platform, translating audience data into real-time targeting, suppression, and retargeting decisions that directly impact lead volume, funded loan volume, and cost per funded loan.
This is a hands-on, outcomes-oriented role for someone who thinks in terms of cost-per-lead, lead-to-application conversion, and borrower intent, not impressions and reach.
