About the Role
We’re looking for a client-focused professional to join our team as Associate, Client Success – Fleet Coach. In this role, you will execute fleet transactions that support product and asset management while applying comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element’s products and services. You will resolve issues with a sense of urgency and make clients’ interactions with Element easy and consistent. This position contributes to clients’ ability to achieve their goals and to Element Fleet’s account retention and growth objectives.
What You’ll Do
Execute day-to-day tactical requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with clients’ policies, procedures, and priorities
Apply comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element’s products and services
Provide responsive service delivery and request completion or coordination management
Receive, complete, coordinate, and escalate requests and activities that support products and assets for external clients
Manage exceptions to ensure processes and requests are followed up on in a timely manner and a closed-loop process is used with the Partner or Manager
Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation and leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries
Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking, problem solving, and root cause analysis to identify solutions
Support the Client Success team with reporting
Back up and assist other Client Success Partners with their assigned portfolios during absences or other circumstances as required
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
0–2 years of relevant customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment
Ability to work in the office a minimum of three days per week
Builds and maintains productive working relationships based on mutual trust at all levels in the organization
Obtains and effectively analyzes data, identifies trends and issues, considers all perspectives, reaches logical decisions or recommendations, and acts quickly to implement solutions
Proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Education: College/University degree preferred.
BS or BA in business or a related field strongly preferred
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a BS or BA degree
Advanced Excel capabilities are strongly preferred
Collaborates with others across the organization to provide the best solutions
Manages multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment

Compensation
The hiring base salary range for this position is $49,100 - $67,450 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role.
