We’re looking for energetic Event Servers to join us in making these moments possible—helping with setup, service, and celebration from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Set up event spaces, from tables to beverage & food stations
- Be creative and detail oriented while setting up for events while also following the guidance of the Sales team
- Deliver service with a smile—passing appetizers, serving meals, pouring coffee, and cutting cake
- Keep things running smoothly from start to finish, including clean-up & reset
- Greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for throughout the event
- Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to keep service seamless and on time
- Assist with stocking and replenishing food, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests with a positive attitude
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance to represent The Barn Resort brand
- Support your teammates—jump in wherever help is needed to make the event a success
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Team player who enjoys fast-paced environments
- Able to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- 18+ with reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license or state ID, and authorization to work in the USA
- Ramp Certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
