Senior Consultant in Deals

In this role, you will work in Transaction Services, with opportunities to contribute to Valuation and Corporate Finance projects. You will be involved in financial due diligence and broader transaction-related activities for a range of corporate and private equity clients. 

You will: 

• Work on due diligence, valuation and M&A projects across different industries 

• Analyse financial performance and key business drivers 

• Identify risks and opportunities in a transaction context 

• Prepare and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders 

• Contribute to deal execution  

• Support other teams with financial analysis 

• Coach and guide junior colleagues 

What we’re looking for: 

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, audit, due diligence, corporate finance or related areas 

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or similar 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

• Good understanding of business environment 

• Proactive, flexible and confident approach 

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian 

• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA) are a plus
