A Day in the Life
We are looking for Customer Support Specialists with European Languages to join our teams in Warsaw, Poland. This is a great opportunity to become part of Medtronic, a global healthcare company that improves people's lives by providing innovative medical technologies, services, and solutions.
In this position, you will be able to use your proactive and problem-solving mindset while dealing with a wide range of customer support cases of varying complexity across different European markets. We are seeking candidates with professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or English
You will need strong communication and customer service skills to provide accurate, consistent, and timely operational support to customers as part of the Medtronic Customer Support organization.
You will also provide support services to customers and internal stakeholders by demonstrating an appropriate level of knowledge of Medtronic products, processes, and policies, with the ability to monitor information flows and resolve incoming issues. You will contribute to the company's goals in the areas of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Representing the company to external and internal stakeholders, being at ease with doing so via emails and the phone
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Processing customer requests and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively
Monitoring and following up on customer cases to ensure satisfactory resolution
Working together with other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes, including other departments to inform, gain input, and support decision making
Regularly communicating with customers and internal departments regarding process-related information and changes
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Professional proficiency in English plus at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Shared Services, or a similar customer-facing environment
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, and willingness to learn new applications and tools
Proactive and investigative mindset with a high level of attention to detail and good analytical skills
Team player who at the same time can work independently on moderately complex tasks under general supervision
Willingness to recommend process improvements to solve issues or improve efficiency
Previous experience in an international customer support environment, as well as experience with CRM or ERP systems, would be an asset.
