Job Overview

We are seeking a Report Developer to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using modern Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights, support analytics initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Create data visualizations to replace legacy reporting solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Support user training, access management, and the adoption of BI tools.
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions while supporting continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.
