Billing Specialist

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

Full-time Billing Specialist professional wanted! The Billing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating daily billing, invoice corrections, and creating/maintaining equipment MSO's.

Specific Duties:

• Process customer billing & credit invoices in SAP.
• Verify the accuracy of the invoice information including sales price vs cost, sales tax & freight.
• Create and maintain Equipment Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) for equipment sales.
• Assist the Credit and Collections team in setting up customer information in SAP & monitoring credit blocks in SAP.
• Assist the accounting, customer service & sales with invoice & credit memo issues and other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Billing and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferably in a medium-to-large company environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong general knowledge of accounts receivable processes with expertise in billing
• Strong time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with using SAP is preferable
• The ability to handle stress, to manage time and people and to analyze numbers
