About the role
Support the effective management, governance, and delivery of international pension arrangements across multiple markets. Provide technical expertise, project support, and operational oversight to ensure pension plans are delivered efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with the organisation's global pensions' strategy. Routine pension administration, workflow execution and case processing sit with GBO, providers or automation wherever possible.
Support the governance of international pension arrangements by coordinating governance activities, monitoring regulatory developments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with local requirements and company policies
Partner with vendors, GBO and market stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are met, issues are resolved effectively, and pension programmes operate efficiently.
Assist in monitoring pension funding positions, accounting disclosures, and key risk metrics.
Prepare analysis and reporting to support decision-making by the Head of International Pensions and Global Pensions and Benefits Director.
What you will bring
Fluency in English
International Pensions technical and operational management experience
Strong analytical capability
Experience working with vendors or shared services environments
Understanding of international pensions governance and risk, and process improvement
Actuarial background desirable but not crucial
