The Opportunity
The Associate Distribution Process Owner serves as a dedicated business process and systems resource supporting Distribution Network initiatives, technology enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts aligned with global standards and U.S. market requirements. Partnering closely with Distribution, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams, this role identifies process and system improvement opportunities that drive operational efficiency and performance.
The Associate Distribution Process Owner is responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements, developing process maps, conducting gap analyses, and supporting the implementation of system and process enhancements. Through data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process governance, this position helps define roadmaps, standardize best practices, and deliver scalable solutions that improve service, productivity, inventory flow, and overall distribution network performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key technical projects and enhancements through Distribution workstreams, maintaining timelines, and providing regular updates to stakeholders and Operations Leadership.-25%
Bring activities and projects together into a roadmap supporting productivity as well as the integrated EDI digital journey (if applicable).-10%
Lead continuous improvement activities and problem-solving within our distribution processes & systems, projects and change management.-20%
Address and resolve any issues escalated through the distribution organization. Key issues escalated with recommended actions through senior management within function, as well as cross functionally, to resolve root-cause issues.-25%
Seek solutions to improve key supply chain performance metrics (i.e., on-time, cost, inventory management, feasibility, etc.). Meet with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure alignment and operational readiness to meet the needs of the business and customers.-5%
Have high visibility within the business, working closely with Operations Leadership, Supply Chain Operations Managers, Global Distribution and stakeholders within Sales, IT, Finance and corporate support functions.-5%
Drive continuous improvement through ongoing process review, modernization of warehouse engagement and partnering with others onsite to establish best practices that reduce cost of operation, improve service level, capacity, productivity, and quality.-5%

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college / university in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
Minimum 3 years of work experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain operations, or process improvement roles
Experience managing multiple customer channel order and fulfillment strategies and systems that deliver products and services that exceed customer satisfaction
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and related supply chain technologies
Proven ability to manage change and implement process improvements using project management methodology
Knowledge of EDI, system integrations, and supply chain data governance practices
Experience deploying technical solutions with responsibilities that include stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, piloting use cases, and deployment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and Management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Preferred
Experience serving as a process owner or business process lead within a global distribution network
Experience implementing or supporting WMS, ERP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or warehouse automation projects
Knowledge of distribution network design, capacity planning, and inventory optimization principles
APICS / ASCM Certification in Supply Chain Management or other relevant professional designation

Compensation
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
