As we continue to evolve our European supply chain network, we're looking for a Transportation Analyst Europe to drive transportation performance, optimize logistics operations, and deliver impactful data-driven improvements across our warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

What You'll Do
As Transportation Analyst Europe, you'll play a pivotal role in improving transportation effectiveness, service performance, and cost efficiency across the region.
Transportation Optimization
- Analyze transportation and logistics data from multiple sources to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor carrier performance and conduct root cause analysis to address service and operational issues.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transportation performance.
- Act as an escalation point for operational transportation challenges.
- Support carrier onboarding activities, transportation compliance audits, and RFQ processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for our external freight audit and payment provider.
Data & Performance Management
- Develop, automate, and continuously improve transportation KPI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Build insightful reports using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Track key transportation metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and facilitate freight review meetings with internal customers and business partners.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Logistics Procurement teams to maximize transportation value and leverage regional spend.
- Partner with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with our Logistics Support Team in Chennai, India.
- Communicate project progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders across Europe.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Advanced Power Query skills
- Experience working with Freight Audit & Pay providers
- Experience in an international manufacturing or distribution environment
