  • Identify, quantify, and communicate the financial, operational, and strategic value of Hitachi's solutions and services.
  • Build robust business cases using ROI, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), financial modeling, and benefits realization methodologies.
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to embed value-based selling practices throughout the customer journey and support strategic deal pursuits.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and subject matter experts to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and competitive advantages.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and deliver compelling presentations to C-suite stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to enhance value propositions and customer engagement strategies.
  • Work with delivery and customer success teams to measure, track, and report realized business value following implementation.
  • Develop customer case studies, success stories, and value realization materials that demonstrate measurable business impact.
  • Continuously enhance business value frameworks, tools, methodologies, and best practices across the region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for Integrated Business Value within the Asia organization.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, business value consulting, strategic sales, business development, enterprise transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of developing and communicating business value for complex enterprise, technology, digital, or industrial solutions.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, business case development, ROI modeling, TCO assessments, and value realization methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and stakeholder groups within Asia.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed and cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the Asia region as business needs require.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Asian language capabilities will be considered an asset.

What We Offer

  • Exposure to executive-level decision making and transformational customer initiatives.
  • A collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation and continuous learning are encouraged.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a global technology and energy leader.
  • The chance to contribute to solutions that enable digital transformation and sustainable business outcomes.
