## Role Profile
- Develop enterprise and consumer products and services across USSD and SMSC channels.
- Work within an Agile environment to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects and solutions.
- Plan and manage technical projects, including system upgrades, platform swaps, migrations, and third-party integrations.
- Design and develop tools and automation solutions to support daily operations and adapt to changes within the technical environment.
- Act as the third-line support for technical incidents, ensuring effective troubleshooting and timely resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships, including technical coordination, performance monitoring and delivery follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with operational and security standards.
## Role Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Good understanding of GSM and telecommunications technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux system administration.
- Working knowledge of Python, Java, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, project coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
