Junior Client Service Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Client Service Specialist to support our corporate gifts partners in their day‑to‑day activities and help ensure a smooth and positive service experience.
This is your chance to learn and grow in a client‑facing role, gain hands‑on experience with systems like SAP, and work closely with experienced teams while building a strong foundation in customer service and operational processes.
About the Job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing first-level support for corporate gifts partners
- Managing orders in SAP (input/approval, backorders, invoicing, credit/debit notes, EDI processing), tracking deliveries for Partner Accounts, and supporting special processes for Key Accounts
- Assisting clients with after-sales requests, including missing stock, lost parcels, and warranties
- Adopting a service- and solution-oriented approach, while effectively collaborating with other departments to address client needs, special requests, and strategies
- Contributing to process optimization, managing returns, and ensuring accurate daily data input across all systems
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Proficiency in English is required
- Experience with SAP or MS Excel is a significant advantage
- A calm and friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration skills, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to clearly communicate and explain procedures and solutions to partners
