IT&Data Product Analyst (Core HR Platform Lead)

We are looking for a highly skilled IT & Data Product Analyst to join our Core HR team as Core HR Platform Lead.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical reference for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within the Core HR team.

This role focuses on platform configuration, release assessment, localization requirements, instance management, and the evaluation of new platform capabilities. Working closely with the Core HR Delivery Lead and the Product Lead, the successful candidate will provide technical expertise and recommendations to support the continuous evolution of the platform.

The position requires strong SuccessFactors knowledge, a solid understanding of Core HR processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable and scalable platform solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Expertise

• Act as the primary technical reference for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within the Core HR team.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Core HR platform capabilities and best practices.
• Support solution assessments for complex business and HR requirements.
• Contribute to technical decision-making by providing recommendations aligned with platform standards and business needs.

Configuration & Solution Design

• Analyze business requirements and support the design of sustainable Core HR solutions.
• Review proposed configurations and ensure alignment with global standards and design principles.
• Support implementation, testing, and validation activities for Core HR enhancements and projects.
• Contribute to the documentation of configuration decisions, standards, and best practices.

Release & Innovation Management

• Analyze SAP SuccessFactors releases and assess potential impacts, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify new capabilities that could bring value to HR processes and end users.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of innovative platform features, including AI-enabled functionalities.
• Provide recommendations to continuously improve the user and administrator experience.

Localization & Platform Governance

• Support country-specific localization requirements and regulatory needs.
• Ensure consistency between local requirements and global platform standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a sustainable, standardized, and scalable Employee Central configuration.

Environment & Testing Support

• Support testing preparation, test execution, and validation activities.
• Ensure technical readiness for releases, projects, and major platform changes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with HR stakeholders, delivery teams, consultants, AMS providers, and SAP.
• Partner with the Core HR Data & Transformation Lead to assess impacts of platform changes on HR data and processes.
• Support project teams with technical expertise throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building across the Core HR team.

About You

Required skills and qualifications:

• Min. 3-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, organizational structures, and HR master data.
• Experience supporting HRIS configuration, system enhancements, testing, or platform evolution initiatives.
• Experience with release analysis, localization requirements, or HR technology projects is a plus.
• Interest in HR technology innovation, AI capabilities, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and pragmatic business recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
• Very good level of English (at least B2). French or Polish is a plus.
