หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

 

• จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน  (สรุปงานต่าง ๆ  ที่ผ่านมาในแต่ละเดือน  รวมทั้งค่าน้ำ +  ค่าไฟฟ้า )

• จดบันทึกและจัดพิมพ์รายงานการประชุมต่าง ๆ 

• จัดทำเอกสารแบบฟอร์มต่าง ๆ  ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารอาคาร   

• พิมพ์เอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการและวิศวกรประจำอาคาร

• สรุปเวลาการทำงานของพนักงานประจำหน่วยงาน  +  ใบทำงานล่วงเวลา ใบลา ส่งสำนักงานใหญ่

• จัดทำใบขอจัดซื้อ (PR.)  อุปกรณ์สำนักงานต่าง ๆ

• สรุปเอกสารขอเข้าตกแต่งและซ่อมแซมของผู้รับเหมาต่าง ๆ

• ปรับปรุงข้อมูลรายชื่อของผู้รับจ้างต่าง ๆ และ ผู้จำหน่ายสินค้าให้อาคาร (Supplier  List)

• ตรวจสอบเรื่องข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่มาจาก อิเลคโทรนิค เมลล์ และรายงานให้ผู้จ้ดการและวิศวกรทราบในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาคาร

• รับแจ้งงานซ่อมแซมต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้เช่า  จดบันทึกและประสานงานแจ้งผู้เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

• สรุปค่าใช้จ่ายการขอใช้ระบบปรับอากาศนอกเวลาทำการของผู้เช่าอาคารทุกเดือน เพื่อส่งให้แก่ฝ่ายบัญชีสำหรับจัดเก็บค่าบริการต่อไป
