Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and robust. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning models to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their technical growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries to develop scalable AI models.
- Strong understanding of cloud AI services and deployment pipelines for production environments.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Ability to work with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and image processing algorithms.
- Competence in programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python or R.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
