We are looking for Sales Hunter for our Outbound Team!
Salary: From 7,000 PLN net/month base salary + uncapped commission
Contract: B2B
What You Will Do
Acquire new clients (new logos) for Netguru's services, including AI, digital commerce, product development, and team extension.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and opportunity qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Leverage your existing network and market relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities.
Build, manage, and grow your own sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, qualification, and closing activities.
Engage with senior decision-makers (C-level, VP, Head of) to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where Netguru can deliver value.
Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts to prepare proposals, solutions, and compelling value propositions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
