Position Summary

We are looking for a results oriented field based Manager of Clinical Support with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel. This individual collaborates with stakeholders regionally and centrally, including the head of Nursing, to ensure alignment on initiatives, clear priorities, and consistent communication throughout the region, in order to achieve targets. The field-based Manager of Clinical Support plays an integral role in the field Leadership Team of their respective region to ensure all aspects of the business are aligned with quality nursing care, optimal patient outcomes, and excellent patient experience. Travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • Current license to practice as a registered nurse. License in good standing with no restrictions required.
  • Typically > 5 years relevant experience; Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
  • 5 years management experience preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage and lead projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision, and ability to prioritize and effectively navigate multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated skill in problem solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and exceptional communication skills.
  • A flexible and positive attitude, and a strong desire to change the traditional primary care paradigm.
  • High emotional intelligence as evidenced by ability to evaluate/perceive a situation from multiple lenses and understand various perspectives in coming to problem resolution.
  • Wide-ranging knowledge and experience of own job area within business unit or function, and may have advanced knowledge and practical experience of specific technical areas applied within the context of a similar industry or type of organization
  • Practical experience in leadership and management techniques

  • Ability to coach, direct, motivate, and evaluate nursing staff while prioritizing safe, consistent, and quality care for patients.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in nursing strongly preferred; Advanced degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$87,035.00 - $187,460.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
