About the role

 

Top Accountabilities

 You win new partners

• You identify the most exciting restaurants, bars, and clubs in Munich and get them excited about the company’s brands.
• You actively build new customer relationships and develop existing partnerships.

You develop our brands in the market

• You secure product listings and optimal placement for the brands.
• You bring new products to the market and ensure maximum visibility at the point of sale.
• You negotiate promotions, activations, and creative concepts with customers.

You are part of the Munich scene

• You build a strong network within Munich’s restaurant and bar culture.
• You identify trends early and use them to create new business opportunities.
• You represent the brands at events, industry gatherings, and tastings.

You act like an entrepreneur

• You independently manage your sales territory.
• You develop individual customer strategies and consistently implement them.
• You are responsible for sales, distribution, and activation targets in your territory.

 

About You

We’re not looking for perfect CVs.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about the hospitality industry and have the ambition to make a difference.

Ideally, you bring:

• An existing network in Munich’s restaurant, bar, or club scene
• Some initial experience in sales, field sales, account management, or hospitality
• Enthusiasm for premium spirits, cocktails, and hospitality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset
• The ability to build relationships and maintain them long-term
• Very good German skills, and ideally English as well
