Daikin Applied is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst II! The Supply Chain Analyst II will be a part of the Supply Chain Value Management (SCVM) organization. The position plays a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, process improvement efforts, data analysis, reporting, and program execution across Supply Chain programs. Location: Hybrid - Plymouth, MN

What you will do:

• Primary responsibilities will support one or more of the Five Categories of SCVM by enhancing or developing processes in the Sourcing Operations, Operational Capability, Supplier Compliance & Sustainability, Financial Integration, and Data Systems Enablement categories, including M&A integration activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and integration stakeholders to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business integrations.
• Analyze business processes, supplier performance metrics, operational data, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, value creation, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, process documentation, standard work, performance metrics, and business insights that support informed decision-making, strategic objectives, and integration progress tracking.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier assessments, RFQ development, bid analysis, supplier selection, contract administration, implementation activities, and supplier integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, training, and collaboration sessions.
• Establish and maintain collaborative and constructive relationships with suppliers, functional managers, and supply chain leadership to understand current and future business needs and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives related to supplier performance management, supplier development, contract lifecycle management, risk management, and market intelligence.
• Other Duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Economics. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 2 + years of experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as well as Fluid
• Experience analyzing data, developing reports, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Operations
• 3+ Years of Supply Chain experience
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, system implementations, or large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.

The range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls is $66,000.00 - $108,800 in Minnesota. Typical pay range is $85,000 to $93,000 per year. Individual pay rate will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
