Director, Investor Relations

Partner with teams across the organization to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Company's business model and performance trends Serve as a key driver of the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of the earnings press release, presentation, conference call script, comprehensive Q&A, and additional materials Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, competitive intelligence, and other bespoke and ongoing analyses Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, including the Company's board of directors and executive leadership team, as well as external audiences Shape investment community engagement (meetings, conferences, roadshows), including event preparation and development of related materials Support the Company's investor targeting program to identify prospective shareholders and diversify the ownership base Monitor investor sentiment, competitors, and industry trends to inform the Company's investment positioning Act as a key point of contact for buy-side investors and sell-side analysts Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is preferred 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field preferred Strong knowledge and understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment High level of intellectual curiosity, with the ability to dive deep, find solutions, and deliver results Proficient in Microsoft Office, including in presentation building; fluency with financial databases and investor relations software preferred Travel up to 20%
