Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Field Observation in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and/or contractor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports for incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
