The Role

As a Business Analyst Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting business and technology transformation projects for leading insurance organizations across Life & Health, P&C, Retirement & Investments, Creditor, and Institutional lines of business.
You will bring strategic thinking, hands-on business analysis expertise, and insurance industry knowledge to client engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will manage critical workstreams, support the development of colleagues, and deliver actionable insights that connect business and technology to achieve meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to insurance clients, helping define and execute transformation agendas across business models, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
- Build collaborative relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment across strategy, project progress, and longer-term objectives.
- Guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions while mentoring colleagues across data analysis, requirements gathering, and project management.
- Own deliverables and manage workstreams, applying insurance industry knowledge to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, EPICs, and structured processes.
- Develop executive-level presentations, analysis, and recommendations while contributing to digital transformation programs, proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 4+ years within the insurance industry at the intersection of business and technology.
- Experience developing and presenting business cases that clearly articulate value and prioritize issues and solutions for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements elicitation and facilitation, with the confidence to independently manage stakeholder sessions, including with C-suite executives.
- Expertise in Agile delivery, including EPIC creation and user story development aligned with project scope, alongside knowledge of process re-engineering and technology-enabled insurance transformation.
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills, with experience mentoring colleagues, solving complex problems, and delivering strategic, client-focused solutions.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
