Housekeeping Job Opening
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with specialized cleaning equipment and event setup, ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Carpet Cleaning: Operate heavy-duty carpet cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness and extend carpet life.
Floor Care: Use floor scrubbers and other machinery to clean and polish hard surfaces.
Window Cleaning: Safely clean interior windows using a lift for high-reach areas.
Event Setup: Arrange and break down tables, chairs, and other furniture for meetings, conferences, and events.
Vacuuming: Perform routine vacuuming with backpack vacuums for efficiency and thoroughness.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and report any equipment issues.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with facility standards.
Qualifications
Prior experience with heavy cleaning equipment (carpet cleaners, floor scrubbers, lifts, backpack vacuums).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move furniture for event setups.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
Team player with good communication skills.
