Woodward Park City is looking for a Guest Service Specialist to join our Guest Experience team. You will welcome guests, validate access, answer questions, and help maintain a safe and organized entrance. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, attentive, and comfortable helping people in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and set a positive tone at the entrance.
- Scan and validate tickets, passes, and guest access.
- Answer questions and share accurate resort and program information.
- Direct guests to check-in, activities, rentals, retail, and other service areas.
- Monitor the entrance and help maintain an organized guest flow.
- Identify access, safety, or guest concerns and notify the appropriate leader.
- Keep the entry area clean, safe, and guest ready.
- Complete opening and closing tasks for the assigned area.
- Support teammates and other Guest Experience operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, guest-focused approach with clear communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail when validating access and sharing information.
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and helpful in a busy environment.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new systems and procedures.
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout the shift.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
- Previous guest service, recreation, hospitality, admissions, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Interest in action sports and the Woodward community is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and digital Point of Sale (POS) systems in a customer service environment.
- Support team members within the Guest Experience Department as needed
