Talent Engagement Specialist – Career Development
Department: Talent + Human Resources
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 / year
Description
ISG is looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist – Career Development, who can build trust, tell the ISG story, and turn a great first impression into a lasting relationship. This person will develop strong partnerships with schools and help campus partners and students see why ISG is a great place to start and grow their careers.
A big part of this role is making sure our internship experience lives up to what we tell students during recruitment. You’ll help create an experience where interns feel connected, supported, and excited about their future at ISG. Our interns are some of our best future ISGers, so this role is an important part of building the foundation for our firm and turning great interns into future employee-owners.
You’ll work closely with colleges and universities, students, hiring teams, and ISG leaders to build those relationships and make the program successful. You’ll also travel to ISG offices to experience the culture firsthand, build relationships with our teams, and bring that experience back to the students and schools you work with.
You won't be joining a traditional Talent Engagement team, and we think that's one of our greatest strengths. Our team brings together a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including finance and accounting, mechanical engineering, marketing, business administration, and talent development. While our paths to ISG may look different, we share a common interest in helping individuals identify their strengths and connect them with opportunities where they can thrive.
Additional office locations considered: Bloomington, St. Louis Park or Mankato
We’ve listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components. We understand that your experience and value may fall outside of this range. If you feel you're a strong fit but your compensation needs differ, we’re open to a conversation—let’s talk.
