Job Title:                            Sport Shop – Valley Supervisor

Type of Position:             Full-time, Seasonal

Schedule:                          Minimum 40 hours per week. Must be available weekends and holidays.

Pay:                                     Starts at $24.00-$29.00 based on experience/qualifications

Summary

Supervisors are responsible for the oversight of daily operations, sales associates and ski techs in the sport shops. 

Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions

• Supervising sales associates and ski techs of all daily responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service.
• Cash handling, auditing, reporting, transferring merchandise, inventory.
• Stocking, folding, merchandising sales floor and back stock areas.
• Reports to management and buyers on product inventory levels.
• Cleans shelves, counters, and helps maintain cleanliness of the entire store.
• Snow removal around exterior of the store

Requirements

• Past retail or customer service experience is required.
• A passion for skiing or snowboarding.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. up a flight of stairs at altitude.
