Job Description

1. Production Test Program Development and Maintenance:
- Design and implement production test programs for network communication equipment (C#, C, C++, Python).
- Develop and debug test drivers to ensure proper hardware functionality.
2. Test Process and Tool Development:
- Develop and optimize test processes to ensure testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Use tools such as LabVIEW and TestStand for test automation.
3. Test Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze test data to provide feedback on product performance and quality.
- Write test reports to ensure traceability and transparency of test results.
4. Test Equipment and Environment Management:
- Manage and maintain test equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Set up and maintain test environments to ensure consistency of testing conditions.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, testing, and product managers to participate in requirements specification discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Provide technical support and assist in resolving testing issues during production.
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Continuously improve testing methods and processes to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Introduce new technologies and tools to elevate the level of test automation.
