As Site & Functional Leader for our Manila hub, you will serve as GSD's senior site-level representative, providing the leadership, governance, and stakeholder alignment that keep our largest global delivery center running smoothly. In parallel, you will lead the Health functional agenda, driving service delivery, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across our Health shared services. This dual mandate combines site leadership and functional leadership in one role, split roughly 70% on Manila hub leadership and 30% on Health functional leadership.
We will count on you to:
Serve as GSD's primary site-level representative and senior decision-maker for the Manila hub, chairing local leadership meetings and overseeing implementation of organizational policies and strategies.
Partner with Facilities & Administration, Finance, HR, Technology, and Talent Acquisition to ensure effective site operations and governance.
Lead the local portfolio of strategic initiatives, applying project and change management best practices, including Six Sigma and Lean, to support business objectives and target deadlines.
Address and resolve significant employee relations issues, partnering with HR and Internal Communications to foster a positive, engaged workplace culture.
Manage stakeholder relationships across local, regional, and global stakeholders, and oversee operations governance through reviews, metrics, and action tracking.
Map client requirements, define service level agreements, and lead process re-engineering and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and coach colleagues, promote a high-performance culture, and manage business capacity, budgets, and forecasts while mitigating service issues and business risks.
What you need to have:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a large professional organization, preferably in the insurance or healthcare domain, with graduation or post-graduation qualifications.
Deep understanding of healthcare operations and shared services environments, with extensive experience leading organizational change.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to lead others and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in a global, matrix environment.
Strong negotiation, budgeting, and finance acumen, with sound judgment and strategic thinking.
What makes you stand out?
Demonstrated ability to work in a globally matrixed, multi-geography, multi-cultural offshore service delivery environment.
Executive presence that conveys composure and confidence, paired with exceptional communication skills and strong business acumen.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
