What You'll Do

• Process Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable accurately and efficiently
• Assist with automotive titles, deals, and dealership accounting documentation
• Maintain organized files and accurate business records
• Provide professional phone and internal customer service
• Assist the Business Office with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive accounting experience required
• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience preferred
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
