About the Opportunity
At Cristek, our Shipping and Receiving team plays an important role in connecting our suppliers, manufacturing teams, and customer commitments.
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk II, you’ll help ensure materials, components, and finished products move accurately and efficiently through our aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. You’ll receive and inspect incoming materials, prepare customer shipments, maintain accurate records, and partner with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and other teams to keep work moving.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Receive, unpack, identify, count, and inspect incoming materials, components, supplies, and finished goods.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and shipment information against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping records.
- Pick, pack, weigh, label, and prepare domestic and customer shipments according to established requirements.
- Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and other required shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate receiving, shipping, inventory, and material movement information within ERP or inventory systems.
- Apply labels and maintain lot, batch, serial number, and other material traceability records.
- Document damaged, missing, incorrect, or excess materials and coordinate resolution with the appropriate departments.
- Partner with Purchasing, Quality, Planning, Production, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve routine material and shipment issues.
- Stage materials and finished goods for production, inspection, shipment, or storage.
- Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and location accuracy activities.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, and other material-handling equipment in accordance with training and safety requirements.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
- Assist with training new employees on routine shipping and receiving procedures.
- Follow company, customer, quality, security, and regulatory requirements, including applicable ITAR controls.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience using ERP, inventory management, or shipping systems.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, labels, and shipping instructions.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet shipment and production deadlines.
- Ability to identify, document, and resolve routine discrepancies.
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, and packaging equipment.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, high-mix manufacturing, or another regulated environment is a plus.
