You’ll support the team with day-to-day transactional and administrative activity across a portfolio of theatre clients, including payments, bank statements, creditor queries and document management. Key Responsibilities

  • Download and organise bank statements and supporting financial information.
  • Set up payments for review and authorisation.
  • Scan, upload, file and post financial documentation accurately.
  • Assist with aged creditor queries and follow up outstanding items.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, HMRC and our wider support teams as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers and supporting documentation.
  • Support the team with routine finance and administrative queries.
  • Assist with balancing payrolls and preparing sales journals as your experience develops.
  • Support the preparation of production accounts and related financial information.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure weekly deadlines and client deliverables are met.

  • Some previous experience within an accounts, finance, bookkeeping or administrative environment would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numerical information.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to follow processes accurately while also using initiative to resolve straightforward queries.
  • A willingness to learn and develop broader accounting skills.
  • Previous experience using accounting software would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Experience within theatre, entertainment or a similar client environment would be helpful but is not required.

Job Benefits

  • Generous Annual Leave: Enjoy 25 days plus three days off at Christmas.
  • Flexible Working: We're committed to a positive work-life balance, offering a hybrid working policy that prioritises your well-being and flexibility.
  • Comprehensive Wellbeing Support: Private Health Insurance, Access to Digicare+, Employee Assistance Programme, and more!
  • Professional Subscriptions: Invest in your growth and development.
