Imaging Patient Coordination Specialist - Madison Hospital Imaging - FT - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

The primary aim is to improve efficiency in patient care, reduce delays in the testing process, and enhance operational costs. Also, strengthen coordination in key areas like order management, scheduling, registration, and test completion tracking. Importantly, the position will provide structure and oversight to ensure a consistent, patient-centered process from order entry to final imaging completion, thereby reassuring patients about our quality of care. This role will work in close collaboration with existing teams, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and integration of responsibilities. The role focuses on optimizing systems, standardizing workflows, and enabling staff success through training, tools, and clear accountability.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
