Your primary responsibility will be working with our global sites to collect and calculate EHS&S data needed to track progress against our goals, meet regulatory and voluntary disclosure requirements, and make sound decisions across the business. You’ll also support our corporate responsibility function to enable customer success and sales growth through maintaining our internal corporate responsibility resources and our external website.
Key Responsibilities

- Support external reporting and disclosure requirements, such as CDP, GRI, SASB, and customer or investor ESG questionnaires, by compiling and organizing supporting data
- Maintain documentation and audit trails to support data integrity for internal and external reviews
- Maintain internal and external corporate responsibility resources
- Own data governance for EHS and sustainability data, including version control, access controls, and clear data ownership across systems
- Respond to ad hoc data requests related to sustainability performance and corporate responsibility initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, EHS, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Educational knowledge or experience in EHS, sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related data or analyst role

- Ability to manage multiple data sources and reporting deadlines independently
Preferred:
- Familiarity with sustainability or ESG reporting frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, CDP, or TCFD
