Job Description

• Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process from purchase requisition to purchase order creation.

• Review and validate procurement requests for completeness and policy compliance.

• Raise, modify, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP MM.

• Process and manage RFQs (Request for Quotations) from approved suppliers.

• Obtain supplier quotations and support bid comparison activities.

• Monitor PO lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Track order confirmations, acknowledgements, and shipment updates.

Supplier Management Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries from suppliers.

• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, order status, and delivery commitments.

• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and procurement leadership for issue resolution.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users to understand procurement requirements.

• Support procurement planning and demand management activities.

• Provide procurement status updates to requestors and management.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company procurement policies.

• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation.

• Support procurement governance, reporting, and compliance reviews.

• Monitor adherence to approved sourcing and supplier engagement processes.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate procurement reports and dashboards.

• Track procurement transaction volumes, RFQ status, and PO cycle times.

• Monitor spend data and procurement performance metrics.

• Support procurement leadership with spend analysis and operational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, or related field.

·  3-4 years of experience in Operational Procurement, Purchasing, or P2P Operations.

·  Experience supporting both IT and Non-IT procurement categories preferred.

·  Experience working in a Shared Services or BPO environment is an advantage.
